• The Donation online will go directly to buy the item selected plus the costs of running this fundraising campaign.
• Should Abhilasha Foundation raise over our target for a particular appeal then we will use your donation to help other underprivileged children around the world wherever the need is greatest.
• Contributions must be your own, they must be civil and tasteful, they must not contain any unlawful or objectionable content and they must not infringe the law.
• Abhilasha Foundation owns all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to the site. You may create a bookmark in your browser to the home page of the website.
• Abhilasha Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.
• Abhilasha Foundation will not be responsible or liable to any user of the website or its services for any direct, compensatory, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and exemplary or punitive damages for any reason such as use of content, services, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, or any other causes.

• We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

While forwarding a donation for Abhilasha Foundation the well-wishers have to submit a few personal information as it would help us ensuring genuine contributions:

• Your telephone number
• Your payment processing details
• Any other data as Abhilasha Foundation may require

You will be asked to provide your personal information when making donations, making purchases at our on-line Gift Shop, requesting communications, applying for a job with Abhilasha Foundation and/or in connection with other Abhilasha Foundation business (whether it is via the website, e-mail, direct mail or telephone \ communications).

Cancellation

If donor feels that, he/she made an error in donation amount/purpose or any other parameter, kindly let Abhilasha Foundation know about such error as early as possible by emailing details at info@abhilasha-foundation.org. We shall rectify any such parameter requested by you whenever possible.

If you wish to cancel the donation, kindly let us know within 24 hours. We shall refund your donation.
